StreetLink exists to help end rough sleeping by enabling members of the public to connect people sleeping rough with the local services that can support them.

Rough Sleeper Team

A local team in Wiltshire who can send an outreach team to work with individuals in need and offer them help.  They need clear guidance about where they are – an exact location, a description of the individual and any tent, sleeping bag etc.
